WoodWing community excels

WoodWing organised its third Publishing Conference in Athens. Looking back and trying to be as unbiased as possible, I can only conclude that the event was a great success.

A significant amount of information was shared about products, technology, use cases and about third party products. The community expanded. New partnerships were initiated and new contacts were made. Experiences around the world were shared and opportunities were explored.

I certainly think that WoodWing proved it has a great platform for today and tomorrow. Having a sound solution for the current printed workflows and a versatile solution for publishing to a wide variety of publication channels.

The experimental Event Publishing System turned out to be a great succes. Sourced by two multi-media journailsts, the Enterprise system published constant updates via Twitter, YouTube, Flickr, Web, Mobile, Email, Facebook and PRINT!

I'm thankful for being part of such a large group of dedicated people, putting energy in making the WoodWing community so lively. Yes, publishing is a tough job, but doing it this way, it is more than bare able!
