  • A: Yes, including submission of new versions.
  • Q: How much integration effort is included in the standard price?
  • A: Up to 2 days of initial integration effort. This should be sufficient for most cases.

  • Q: Are there any limitations in page views, data in the standard package?

    • Page views: 100,000 per month
    • Data traffic: 5 GB per month
    • Storage: 5 GB

  • Q: What reporting mechanisms are available?
  • A: Page views and clicks per advertisement
     
  • Q: Where is the server hosted?
  • A: We're hosting it in the 'cloud'. For every customer we'll assess connectivity for their region and if needed we'll setup extra capacity in that region.
  • Q: How long will it take between ordering and having the App in the App Store?
  • A: Approx. 3-4 weeks. This assumes prompt delivery of information/answers about interfacing. A somewhat variable factor is the time Apple takes for the submission process.
  • Q: What information/communication is needed for the branding/styling?
  • A: Absolute minimum are:
    • Logo/icon (65x65, 57x57)
    • Startup screen (320x480)
    • App store image (512x512)
    • Other things that can be branded/styles are header colors, header, typeface and new item overlay.
  • Q: What are the (best) options to provide content for the iPhone?
  • A: Basically there are 2 mechanisms to make content available via pull or push. Pull can be used to get content via for example an RSS feed, web-services, website or any other interface that is accessible via the internet. Push can be done by publishing from an Enterprise system or by another systems that invokes the web-services of the iPhone delivery server.
